Ska music takes it sound from reggae and caribbean influences, me being from a caribbean/british background i enjoyed this kinda music but my father being directly from the caribbean felt like Ska stole the good vibes of reggae genre and made profit that many caribbean artist didn't see for them selfs. I look at this because the conflict in brings when played in my house and the lyrics it self "Welcome to the House Of Fun now i've come of age" that line has some importance to me as i have free roam to do as a please with whats in my room and who and what i can bring into the house!
