This song talks about having pride of ones house (home) which is one thing i dont really have anymore, because i want a house to myself. The lyrics relate to a time when things at home where more upbeat, not to say i live in a hell hold or that i dont enjoy being at home, but their once was a time i enjoyed being at home much more than i do now
